Solution ︎︎︎

One-to-five is a collection of five publications released each consecutive quarter after the 125th anniversary of the St Bride Library. Each publication will feature a different era of type developments each with a corresponding colour theme. For the first release, there is a blue theme and across the book, a gradient of blue shades will be used to highlight certain key sections, quotes and images. This limited colour palette helps to tie various contrasting styles of type design together uniting them into this first edition. The following editions will each receive a different colour theme with a matching gradient. The idea is that once completed, the pages across each of the 5 editions will create a rainbow of shades to represent the vast collection of the library itself.
